t SU, we value your privacy and we’ve made changes to be more clear about how we handle the personal information you’ve shared with us—and to give you greater control over that data.
We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to increase transparency and to comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We encourage you to read our policies in full, but here are some highlights of the enhancements:

• Privacy Policy Updates: We have made our Privacy Policy easier to navigate and understand. It includes added clarity about the types of data we collect, the ways in which we use it, the third parties with whom it is shared, and the measures we are implementing to keep your data safe.
• Cookie Policy: We have created a Cookie Policy to provide more details about our data collection practices when you browse SU websites.
• Employee Training and Resources:We have trained and provided enhanced resources to our employees regarding our essential data privacy obligations, including specifics about the GDPR, as part of an evolving information security curriculum, which will include the delivery of role-based training.
• Third Parties: We are working with our vendors and channel partners to enhance transparency and obligations regarding protection of personal data.
• Enhanced Choice and Preferences: We are adding new ways for you to manage your personal data sharing preferences and are giving you greater control over the communications you receive from us.
• Thoughtful Design: We are implementing controls to ensure that our programs, solutions, and services are engineered with confidentiality of your data in mind.
• Data Access and Reporting: We are providing you the option to request access to a copy of, correct, update, or delete personal data we have collected as well as to report a suspected breach of your personal data.
